  • All products offered on our platform are guaranteed to be 100% authentic and sourced from reliable suppliers.
  • We do not entertain claims related to subjective quality preferences or assumptions about authenticity.
  1. Order Process and Confirmation
  • Orders are considered confirmed once payment is processed and an acknowledgment email or SMS is sent.
  • Raja Sahib reserves the right to cancel orders due to reasons such as:
    • Stock unavailability
    • Payment issues
    • Incomplete or suspicious information
  • You will be notified promptly if your order is canceled, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed in accordance with our policy.
  1. Payments and Currency Handling
  • Local Orders: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfers, and online payment gateways.
  • International Orders: Payments are processed via Credit/Debit Cards, & Stripe.
  • Prices for local orders are inclusive of GST. International customers are responsible for any currency conversion charges, processing fees, or taxes imposed by their country or payment provider.
  1. Shipping and Delivery
  • Local Deliveries: Orders within Pakistan are delivered within 2-5 working days.
  • International Deliveries: Orders are shipped within 5-10 working days, subject to customs clearance.
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on destination and package weight, and they will be displayed at checkout.
  • Raja Sahib is not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including customs inspections or natural events.
  1. Custom Duties and Taxes
  • Local Customers: An 18% GST is applied to all purchases in compliance with Pakistani tax regulations.
  • International Customers: Any customs duties or taxes imposed by your country are your responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.
  1. Return and Exchange Policy
  • Items can be returned or exchanged only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Refunds are issued as store credit. Cash refunds are not available.
  • Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Items that have been stitched, altered, or customized are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  1. Complaints and Claims
  • Complaints about defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • For stitching or customization-related orders, complaints will only be entertained if reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • No claims will be entertained for slight variations in stitching, color differences, or minor discrepancies caused by display settings or fabric properties.
  1. Product Availability and Substitutions
  • While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, certain items may become unavailable after an order is placed.
  • In such cases, we will notify you promptly, and you may choose to:
    • Substitute the item with another product
    • Receive store credit for the unavailable item
  1. Cancellations
  • Orders can only be canceled before they are processed.
  • For prepaid orders canceled upon customer request, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Stitching or customization orders cannot be canceled after 45 days of placement.
  1. Shipping Policy for Add-Ons
  • Supplementary items, such as matching accessories or customized add-ons, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  1. Promotions and Discounts
  • Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions and may not be combined with other discounts.
  • Raja Sahib reserves the right to modify or terminate promotions at any time without prior notice.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All content on the Raja Sahib website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Raja Sahib and is protected by copyright laws.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.
