1. Raja Sahib. does not offer any ‘Exchange’ or ‘Returns’ for any of the products.
2. All products purchased from our Site can be exchanged/refund within 7 days only if:

• Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
• The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
• The received product(s) differed from the original order.

In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 7 days of the original order date.

within 7 days after order delivery in the case to raise a dispute. Raja Sahib will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties.

 

Once we receive the item our team will review the damage-once the dispute is settled fairly we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send within 5-6 business days.

3. The customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs (Customs charges etc.)
4. Discounted Items cannot be returned/exchanged.
5. Unstitched articles once stitched will not be entertained
6. Raja Sahib uses FedEx and DHL to ship international orders.
7. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
8. If during delivery, customs duties are applicable, they will be paid in full by the customer.
9. Any Order which involves stitching will take a minimum of 2 weeks to get stitched.
